Skilled Nominated Visa (SN190)

The Skilled Nominated Subclass 190 visa is a permanent visa which requires nomination by an Australian State or Territory Government.

To apply for the Skilled Nominated Subclass 190 visa you are required to lodge an Expression of Interest (EOI) through SkillSelect. Subsequently, you need to await an invitation from the respective State or Territory Government, which will enable you to submit a visa application through the Department of Home Affairs. It’s crucial to acknowledge that each state and territory has its own specific prerequisites that must be satisfied to secure a successful nomination.

Once you receive an invitation, you are required to lodge your skilled visa application within 60 days; any invitation not acted upon within this timeframe is considered expired and no longer valid.
