The consultation and indicative professional fees quoted on this site does not include GST (Australian Goods & Service Tax) as it does not apply to clients who are not located in Australia. If you are in Australia, please be mindful of this difference and add an extra 10% to the listed amounts when calculating potential costs.
If you are interested in a consultation appointment, we will provide payment details and schedule a phone or video call, making professional advice assessable no matter where you are located. We do charge for the consult as we need to invest time to properly assess your individual circumstances against relevant criteria and all your possible options.
Consultation fees are non-refundable however with sufficient prior notice we offer to reschedule appointments to a mutually agreeable time or date. In addition, depending on the services required, the consultation fee may be credited towards your professional fees with us if you engage us to assist with your visa application or immigration matter.
The immigration industry is fully regulated and practitioners who are registered migration agents are bound by the Migration Regulations Code of Conduct and must meet professional standards.
You should only appoint the services of a migration agent who is registered with the Office of Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), or a legal practitioner who specialise and practise Australian Migration law for assistance in relation to Immigration and Citizenship matters.
It is unlawful for a person to charge a fee for providing assistance if they are not a registered migration agent or legal practitioner. Avoid disappointment and financial loss, ensure you check whether your advisor has the appropriate accreditation before you enter an agreement or pay any fees.

Our principle is to only accept cases that we have assessed as having good prospects of success, thus maintaining our reputation and not cause undue disappointment or future immigration problems to our clients. As such, that in itself can be considered as a guarantee, should we agree to assist you with your immigration matter.
